Neil is the Chief Financial Officer for Hello Storage. With a BA in Business Administration and an Emphasis in Accounting from Biola University, Neil’s journey in the financial world is one marked by precision, expertise, and leadership.  As a Certified Publica Accountant (CPA), Neil started his career at a prestigious Big 4 accounting firm before joining Optivest Properties in 2009. For the past 15 years, Neil has been the embodiment of confident leadership, guiding his team with a firm yet approachable demeanor. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strong opinions, Neil ensures that his accounting department is always accurate, responsive, and timely.

Outside the office, Neil is a family man who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. Whether he's boating on the river, golfing, or traveling, Neil knows how to make the most of his time off.

Partner | Chief Operating Officer

Lindsay is the Chief Operating Officer at Hello Storage, where she brings her extensive experience in sales, operations, and marketing to the forefront. Holding a BA in Sports Sponsorship and Sales from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, Lindsay is a master at adding value to brands and finding innovative ways to improve operations. Her ability to build meaningful connections with her team and partners, even across geographically dispersed locations, makes her an invaluable asset to the company.

Detail-oriented and team-focused, Lindsay is known for her patience, kindness, and persistent drive to get the job done right. Outside of work, she enjoys the great outdoors, often found hiking or boating with her husband and sons.

Partner | Chief Revenue and Investment Officer

Eric is the Chief Revenue and Investment Officer for Hello Storage, where he oversees the critical areas of revenue management, new investments, and business development.

Eric’s educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Southern California and an M.A. in Theology from Biola University. His approach to asset management is both strategic and innovative, always seeking to optimize rental rates, identify new acquisition opportunities, and foster relationships within the industry.

Growing up in a beach town, Eric developed a love for the outdoors, particularly surfing. He enjoys reading, learning, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters. His passion for both personal and professional growth makes him a dynamic and thoughtful.

Vice President of People Operations

Emily is the Vice President of People Operations at Hello Storage, where she brings her expertise in building efficient and effective HR systems tailored to diverse industries. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, Emily is a hands-on leader known for her initiative, discretion, and excellent judgment in complex situations. Her approach balances innovation and structure, fostering a dynamic, performance-driven culture that supports the company’s entrepreneurial spirit.

Beyond her professional life, Emily is an avid equestrian. She enjoys both dressage training and trail riding, which provide her with balance and inspiration in both her personal and professional pursuits.

Vice President of Operations, West Coast

Jessica is the Vice President of Operations at Hello Storage, overseeing West Coast operations. With 14 years of multi-unit management experience, including 8 in self-storage, she excels in building systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and team success. A strategic, people-first leader, Jessica is passionate about developing talent and plays a key role in the company’s leadership.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with her husband, exploring new places, and visiting football stadiums. When she's not traveling, you can find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, always on the hunt for her next adventure.

Vice President of Operations, East Coast

Brian is the Vice President of Operations at Hello Storage, overseeing New England properties and supporting third-party owner relations on the East Coast. With over 15 years in the self-storage industry, he has managed 75+ properties across six states with four major operators. His career reflects a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Brian plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiencies, refining due diligence practices, and driving facility expansion and improvements. Known for his collaborative mindset and strategic approach, Brian is a valuable asset to the Hello Storage team.

When he's not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his friends and family and pursuing his passion for residential real estate. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
